What is Body Contouring?

What is Fat Cavitation?

Fat Cavitation is using ultrasonic sound to break down fat cells under the skin surface. The broken down fat turns into liquid which is then pushed towards a lymphatic node in the body to drain. This is a non-invasive procedure to permanently remove fat.

What is Radio Frequency (RF)?

We are using radio waves in order to tighten the skin. The radio waves contact the stuff inside the skin and cause a bit of heating, and a bit of targeted damage, specifically to collagen. This damage kicks starts the body to repair the collagen. It needs to produce more in order to make the repairs. Once the body does this, boom! We’ve got tighter skin.

What is Vaccum Therapy?

Vacuum Therapy aids in reducing cellulite and improving blood circulation, resulting in smoother and healthier-looking skin.

Who cannot have Body Contouring?

Body Contouring treatments are not recommended if you are pregnant, breast feeding, have lymphatic disorder, acute illness, metal implants, pacemakers or are currently being treated for active cancer.

How to get the best results

A series of 6-10 body contouring treatments are recommended per each area, but some individuals may require more treatments to achieve maximum results. There should be at least 2-3 days between each treatment. This is not a weight loss treatment but an inch loss. The inches will only return if the client goes back to their old habits. Eating the right types of food, proper exercise and drinking 8 glasses of water per day are always recommended.

How long does a treatment take?

All areas of the body take approximately 60-75 minutes wich is made up of 30 minutes each side of Fat Cavitation or 75 minutes if you are having a combination of Fat Cavitation, EMS and Vaccum. We are not able to exceed this time frame as the treatments can overload the Lymphatic System.

IMPORTANT: Before your appointment

  • Drink at least 2 litres of water and healthy food before the day of treatment.
  • Avoid nicotine and caffeinated, alcoholic or carbonated drinks 24 hours before treatment.
  • Avoid heavy meals the day before and do not eat 2 hours before treatment.
  • Remove any lotion or oils from your skin before treatment.
  • Shave any body hair on and around the area to be treated.
  • Dry body brush and moisturise your skin to start detoxification.
  • Wear loose fitting clothes on the day of treatment.

IMPORTANT: After your appointment

  • Drink at least 2 litres of water after the treatment and also per day.
  • Avoid nicotine and caffeinated, alcoholic or carbonated drinks 24 hours after the treatment.
  • Use an ice pack to reduce any bruising, stiffness or swelling.
  • Consider an Infra-red sauna treatment
  • Complete cardio exercise and dry body brush to stimulate lymphatic drainage.
  • Massage the treated area daily to prevent fat and toxins from becoming stagnant.
  • Maintaining a healthy diet of low fats and carbs and regular exercise is key to preserving results.
