How to book an appointment:
You can book your appointment via our online booking system via the BOOK NOW button at the bottom of the page, sending us a message on social media or by calling us directly to speak with our friendly team on 0499 201 301.  Our Therapists may all be in a relaxation or medical treatment so there may be a short delay in getting back to you.
Running late to your appointment:
If for any reason you arrive past your appointment start time, we will do our best to complete your full treatment. However, this is not always possible, and you will be charged for the full amount of the original booking and fisnish the treatment at the allocated time as to not inconvenience the next client.
Cancelling your appointment:
We request you provide at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or changing your appointment to allow us adequate time to reallocate the time to another waiting client. Failure to do this will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No showing to your appointment:
When you simply do not show to your appointment you are required to pay for your appointment in full due to having no time to rellocate the time to another waiting client.
Rewards points:
Clients accumulate a $5 reward to spend on products when the they spend $450.
Membership Terms and Conditions:
Your Membership is a partnership between Rejuvenate Skincare and Aglow.Your first payment will come out of your nominated back account the day after signing up.The free treatment must be booked within 30 days.Your Membership commitment is for a term of 6 months (26 weeks) or 12 months (52 weeks).Memberships cannot be cancelled whilst in the Membership term period.Your Membership treatments and frequency are set out in the Membership platform.Membership treatments are non-transferrable to another client.Memberships are non-refundable.Our appointment policies apply to Membership appointments; no show clients will have their treatment forfeited and not refunded. If you are late, we will do our best to accomodate you however late arrivals will potientally have their treatment time shorted as to not inconvenience the next client.Your Membership is set to automatically renew, if you do not wish to renew, you may decline by contacting us with 4 weeks notice. You will be sent an SMS before this period.Clients wanting to cancel their membership after the minimum term will need to provide 4 weeks notice in writing to contact@rejuvenatenagambie.com.auIf Rejuvenate Skincare has a price increase outside of the minimum term, this will not apply to during your active Membership.The payments for the individual Membership treatment will need to be paid for in full before the treatment commences.The 10% off products is applied off the full price of the product, no further discounts apply.Rejuvenate Skincare reserves the right to modify the Membership at any time during the Membership, given one months notice.There is a one-time only set up fee of $7.70 that will be charged with the first payment.An additional 2.2% surcharge will be applied per transaction during your membership.
A late payment fee will apply of $7.70 for a missed payment.
Payment options:
We accept all major cards including AMEX. We also accept cash and have ZipPay and AfterPay services available.
Children at the clinic:
We understand that sometimes you will need to bring your children to your appointment. We are happy to be accommodating as possible however understanding that our staff are not responsible for minding them. Please ensure children have drinks, snacks and entertainment for the duration of your treatment.
Gift Vouchers:
Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Rejuvenate Skincare is not liable for lost vouchers but will endevour to trace the code. Gift Vouchers are not transferrable for cash. Gift Vouchers sales are final. Gift Vouchers in the form of specific treatments are subject to price increases. If there is a price increase on a particular service, the client is liable to pay the outstanding amount.

In such cases Rejuvenate Skincare will ensure that our contractual arrangements with these third parties protect your personal information in compliance with privacy laws. Searches Search terms that you enter when using our search engine are collected, but are not associated with any other information that we collect. We use these search terms for the purpose of aggregated statistical analyses so we can ascertain what people are looking for on our website, and to improve the services that we provide. Website security We understand that you may be concerned about the security of the personal information we collect from you online. Accordingly, we have systems in place to ensure our online dealings with you are as secure as your dealings with us in person, or on the telephone. In those instances where we secure your personal information in transit to us and upon receipt, we use the industry standard encryption software, Secured Socket Layer (SSL) 128 bit encryption.
