Shipping policy

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Australia only.

If you are located outside Australia, please contact us prior to placing your order.


2. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak periods, promotions, or launches, processing times may be slightly extended.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We may offer:

  • Standard shipping

  • Express shipping

  • Free shipping promotions (when applicable)

Shipping rates are subject to change without notice.


4. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, delivery is managed by the courier service (e.g., Australia Post), and we are not responsible for delays outside our control.


5. Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details where available.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the email address and shipping details entered at checkout are correct.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

If incorrect shipping details are provided:

  • We are not responsible for parcels delivered to the incorrect address.

  • Additional shipping fees may apply to resend returned parcels.

Please double-check your details before completing checkout.


7. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed:

  • Please contact us within 14 days of expected delivery.

  • We will lodge an investigation with the courier.

We are not responsible for delays due to:

  • Courier disruptions

  • Weather events

  • Peak seasonal periods

  • Rural delivery timeframes


8. Authority to Leave

If you select “Authority to Leave,” you accept responsibility for the parcel once it is delivered.

Rejuvenate Skincare is not liable for stolen or missing parcels after confirmed delivery.


9. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos of packaging and product damage.

We will assess and arrange a replacement where appropriate.


10. Pre-Order Items

If purchasing a pre-order product:

  • Estimated dispatch dates will be listed on the product page.

  • Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped together once all items are available.


11. Click & Collect (If Applicable)

Orders marked for collection:

  • Will receive notification when ready.

  • Must be collected within 14 days unless otherwise arranged.

Professional skincare products may be sensitive to heat exposure. Once dispatched, Rejuvenate Skincare is not responsible for temperature-related damage caused during transit or after delivery.

We recommend bringing parcels inside promptly and storing products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
